National Parks

In our surroundings, you will find not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 National parks! Spend the day “slalom” sailing through the 89 unique islands, islets and reefs of the nautical paradise that is National Park Kornati, which is just 10 minutes away from our camping resort.

Another short drive away you will find Krka National Park with its magnificent waterfalls, including the famous Skradinski Buk Falls which are one of Croatia’s most famous sights. Other highlights include the small island of Visovac and Roški Slap waterfall. A boat trip through the park is a great way to see much of the park. Best of all, it’s possible to swim in some locations so be sure to bring your swimsuit.

If you are an outdoor adventure seeker, you will enjoy Paklenica National Park. There is something for everyone – from easy to difficult trails, and all offer breath-taking views and a one-of-a-kind experience. Apart from hiking, it is a popular rock-climbing spot as well.

The fourth and most famous Croatian National park, Plitvice Lakes, is just an hour and a half away. It is the oldest and largest national park and with its exceptional natural beauty, it attracts millions of nature lovers from all over the world throughout all seasons.

Nature Parks

Lake Vrana is Croatia’s largest lake and holds the status of a nature park. It provides a natural environment for water birds and its enormous biodiversity. There are more than 250 species of birds and we guarantee that at least one of them will catch your attention! You can take a break at ˝Vidikovac˝ where you will enjoy the stunning panoramic view! You can explore the area by bicycle and circle the 75 km long route around the lake or take our jeep excursion and see the wildlife at its best.

The second nature park that is close by is Telašćica, located on the south-eastern part of the Dugi Otok island. 13 islands, islets and rocks dipped into the blue sea sublime into 75km2 of natural harmony waiting for you to discover it.
